Delivery and In-store Pickup

How long will it take to deliver my order?

There are items that are shipped locally in Australia and items shipped internationally from South Korea.

Local Delivery times

  • Sydney Metro : Typically within 3-5 business days.
  • Regional or Interstate : Varies depends on the service providers. Typically takes about 3-10 business days.

Internationally Delivery times

  • Standard International Shipping to Australia Wide : This varies from time to time. Based on our past experiences, it takes about 7 business days to 21 business days

How much is the delivery?

Delivery costs are calculated depend on the nature of products. These costs are shown clearly at checkout page. Some items come with Free Shipping and some come up with some shipping fees.

What if I want to have my item sent via Express post?

Sometimes you cannot wait for normal delivery times. If you want to expedite the delivery, you can contact us to upgrade the delivery service to Express before we dispatch your order. Additional charges will be billed.

Where & When can I pick up my orders?

If you have opted In-store pickup for your order, you can pick up your orders at our offline shop between 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Sunday (Including Public Holidays).

  • Items available in Australia: You can pick up your order from our store as early as the next day after placing it.
  • Items from Seoul, Korea : You can pick up your order as soon as it arrives at our store. We'll notify you once it's ready for pick up.

Returns

How do I return my order?

You have to let us know within 7 days and return the product in its original packaging and conditions within 14 days. You'll have to pay the cost of returning the items to us.

How do you process Return & Refund?

Once we receive your item, we verify the receipt & original conditions of the products.

We'll process the refund within 14 days after we complete our checks for original conditions.

Refund can take place via bank transfer or credit card cancellations. We'll notify you the progress of the transactions.

We have our office in Seoul and operate there too. Our staffs working in our Seoul office do process your orders for you.

Do you do wholesale?

From time to time, we offer wholesale prices for some items only to approved ABN (Australian Business Number) holders.
