  1. Where do you operate?

    We operate in both Australia and Korea. We have a shop in Cabramatta NSW 2166 and office in Seoul, South Korea.

  2. How do you ship out goods from Korea?

    We use special international delivery service offered by Korea Post and Australia Post. Korea Post and Australia Post work together to offer the quality delivery service between Korea and Australia. Tracking numbers will be provided once lodged to the Post Office. .

  3. How long does the delivery take from Seoul to Australia?

    AustraliaPost and KoreaPost target to complete the delivery within 6-10 working days from Seoul, South Korea to anywhere in Australia. However, based on our past experience, delivery from Seoul to Australia normally takes 7 - 12 working days.

  4. Do you do wholesale?

    Yes. We offer wholesale prices to business holders in Australia (ABN holders). Minimum Order Quantity may apply..
