"Seoul Store", "seoulstore.com.au" is a shopping web service developed and operated by Niko Mall Pty Ltd (ABN 24 624 406 140).
Definitions
- "Online Store", "Website" refer to online marketplace created by Seoul store Australia and Niko Mall Pty Ltd ("us") that allow users to buy and sell products and services online.
- "Users" refer to anyone who accesses the "online store" and uses our services provided in accordance with this terms and conditions.
- "Customers" refer to the users who have registered and created an account on the website.
The Terms and Conditions set out below will apply to govern both users' and the operators' activities such as accessing, browsing, selecting and purchasing products on the website. Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully as you will be bound to this terms and conditions to comply with those. Also, please check this Terms and Conditions regularly as we reserve the right to change this policy from time to time without notice.

Basically, we are only collecting relevant data from you for the purpose of providing our services on the website(e.g. processing orders and fulfilling your orders). You agree that we may store, process, use and disclose data collected from you in order to provide complete services to you. Your data will be handled with care in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Products and Services
We offer variety of products and services online and offline. Availability of products and services may change from time to time. When the products and services become unavailable at the time of your order, we will notify you immediately.
Wholesale products ("B2B products") are the product types with highly discounted prices. These products are offered only to our business customers who hold registered business in Australia. To become our business customer, you will be required to provide details that can prove your business is legitimate and current in Australia.
4. Pricing
All prices and delivery charges are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Prices offered at our retail shop and the prices offered at our online store can be different due to seasonal factors or availabilities.
Wholesale prices are offered to our business customers only. Business customers are defined as customers who own and operate business in Australia.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We always try to ship out the goods as fast as possible. However, there may be some delays caused by our delivery partners. We have no liability for loss or damage suffered by the hands of our shipping partners (mostly, Sendle, AustraliaPost and KoreaPost).
For International orders, we ship out the goods via K-Packet or EMS services offered by KoreaPost and AustraliaPost. These are international delivery services provided by conjunction between KoreaPost and AustraliaPost.
The speed of delivery from Seoul, South Korea to Australia is estimated as below.
- Standard International Delivery : 7 - 12 working days
- EMS : 3- 8 working days
For domestic products, we ship out the goods via AustraliaPost using their Standard Delivery or Express Delivery Services. The speed of domestic delivery is estimated as below.
- Standard Delivery : 3- 10 working days
- Express Delivery : 2 - 5 working days
We provide tracking numbers to you so that you can track your items and liase with our delivery partners. You will be responsible for liasing with the delivery partners for any issued including delays, loss and etc.
Correct and Accurate inormation
It is your responsibility to provide and update the correct and accurate details for your order. We will ship out the goods based on information provided by you. Any incorrect information and detail provided by you will lead to order or shipping being not processed properly. We will not be liable for any damage, loss or delays caused by any incorrect information or detail provided by you.
6. Payment & Refund
You may pay the fees and charges for your order with the following payment methods. Availability of payment options may change from time to time but we will work out payment methods favouring to our users' convenience.
- Bank Transfer - We allow direct bank transfer / deposit to our bank account in Australia
- Credit / Debit Card
- Paypal
Your payment will be processed when completing your order. you can choose the payment method available to you at our check out page. Seoulstore, Niko Mall Pty Ltd reserve the right to decline or cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch of goods.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided that you have proof of purchase and the product in the following conditions at the time of the request.
- It is still in its original and sealable condition and packaging with all accessories included
- Has not been worn, used, opened or expired
- Has not changed the original smell of the products
Users are liable for delivery costs returning items to our return address.
Please note that the return / exchange are not accepted due to the change of minds or damaged products by your mistake.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days for approved requests.
