"Seoul Store", "seoulstore.com.au" is a shopping web service developed and operated by Niko Mall Pty Ltd (ABN 24 624 406 140).   
"Online Store", "Website" refer to online marketplace created by Seoul store Australia and Niko Mall Pty Ltd ("us") that allow users to buy and sell products and services online. 
"Users" refer to anyone who accesses the "online store" and uses our services provided in accordance with this terms and conditions. 
"Customers" refer to the users who have registered and created an account on the website.  
The Terms and Conditions set out below will apply to govern both users' and the operators' activities such as accessing, browsing, selecting and purchasing products on the website.  Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully as you will be bound to this terms and conditions to comply with those.  Also, please check this Terms and Conditions regularly as we reserve the right to change this policy from time to time without notice.

Products and Services

We offer a variety of products and services both online and offline. Please note that the availability of these products and services may change from time to time. If an item becomes unavailable at the time of your order, we will notify you promptly.
Wholesale products ("B2B products") are offered at significantly discounted prices and are available exclusively to business customers with a registered business in Australia. To qualify as a business customer, you will be required to provide documentation that verifies your business is legitimate and currently active in Australia.

Pricing

All prices and delivery charges are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Please note that prices at our retail shop and online store may vary due to seasonal factors or product availability.
Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to our business customers. A business customer is defined as someone who owns and operates a registered business in Australia.

Shipping and Delivery

We always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after they are placed.
Items shipped from our shop in Australia
For domestic products, we ship out the goods via Sendle or AustraliaPost using their Standard Delivery or Express Delivery Services. The speed of domestic delivery is estimated as below. 
- Standard Delivery : 2 - 5 working days 
- Express Delivery : 2 - 3 working days (With additional costs)
Items shipped from Seoul, South Korea
For international orders, we use Standard International Delivery services or EMS services, which are jointly operated by Korea Post and Australia Post. Estimated delivery times from Seoul, South Korea to Australia are as follows:
- Standard International Delivery : 7 - 20 working days
- EMS Delivery : 5 - 10 working days (With additional costs)


A tracking number should be provided for all shipments. Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels and liaising directly with the delivery provider for any issues, including delays, lost items, or other delivery-related concerns.
Correct and Accurate Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing your order. We will process and ship your order based on the details you provide. If incorrect or incomplete information is submitted, your order may not be processed or delivered properly. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Payment

You may pay for your order using the following payment methods. The availability of payment options may change from time to time, but we strive to offer methods that prioritise user convenience.
Payment will be processed upon completion of your order. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Seoulstore (Niko Mall Pty Ltd) reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at any time prior to the dispatch of goods.

Return and Refund

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have a valid proof of purchase and the product meets all of the following conditions at the time of the return request:
- original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories included
- not been worn, opened, used, or expired
- original scent or quality of the product has not been altered
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our designated return address.

Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to change of mind or for items damaged due to customer mishandling.
For approved return requests, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
