Directions
- Aducts can take 1-2 sachets daily for optimal gut health. Start with 1 sachet daily for the first week (potentially experience initial discomfort that typically resolves by the 7th day). Take any time of day. Mix 1 sachet with 50ml of water or enjoy directly. Consume immediately.
